Refurbishment to occupied building for real estate investment company CLI Dartriver. Works to this distinctive warehouse, an historic former paper factory, sought to restore the building creating new high-end work spaces and enhancing the common areas.

The project included various structural works, a new First Floor extension, refurbishment of reception / circulation spaces, and façade and fit-out to CAT A+ of office spaces.
