Complex refurbishment and extension of iconic Grade II listed (c 1900), North London nightclub (formerly the Camden Palace Theatre). The Two-Stage, Design & Build scheme consisted of the demolition of existing buildings (within a Conservation Area), retention of Grade II listed façade, and construction of a new private members club, containing a variety of restaurants, bars and performance venues as well as a recording and broadcasting studio. 

Following the refurbishment, KOKO won Venue of the Year at the UK Live Awards 2023.
