Full refurbishment and major structural alterations to the former FA headquarters to create ground and basement offices, with 10 new apartments at 1^st floor, and a new retail arcade linking to the retail arcade within the new adjacent Baker Street development. These works included façade refurbishment and main roof replacement, and was completed while residents remained in occupation at 2^nd and 3^rd floor levels.
