The project

Redevelopment of an existing building to create CAT A office space and affordable workspace, alongside amenities such as cycle storage.

The project includes the construction of an additional floor and roof, as well as façade replacement to both Whitfield Street and Tottenham Court Road elevations.

Works are being undertaken in close collaboration with Marks & Spencer whilst they remain in operation on Ground Floor level at Tottenham Court Road side of the building.
