The project

The demolition of an existing two storey property to create one villa within this prime location in Knightsbridge. The work included the formation of a 16m deep basement to the entire site.

We delivered

  • Complete demolition and soft strip
  • Secant piling to the site boundaries
  • A complicated temporary support system and 16m deep basement formation, carried out as CDP
  • High quality stonework
  • Whole house ventilation, air-conditioning, i-Light systems audio visual package
