The project

The full scale restoration of a Grade II* Listed Georgian property in Mayfair for high-end global restaurant group Loulou Groupe.

The refurbishment will see high-end fit-out over six floors of the 18th Century building, creating four exclusive restaurants and a new private members’ club, bringing this historic building back to its former glory.

We’re delivering

  • Strip-out and enabling works
  • Structural alterations, new roof covering, and acoustic plant enclosure
  • Works to façade, including full restoration of the existing brickwork, soot wash, and refurbishment of all windows
  • Restoration of heritage features, including timber wall panelling, fibrous plaster ceilings, and fire places
  • Restoration of marble finishes to ‘Grand Staircase’ and of ‘Renaissance doorway’ including Portland stone surround
  • New MEP services installation throughout, including heating and cooling system, new toilets on each floor and extract to three new commercial kitchens serving multiple floors
  • High-end internal fit-out over six floors, including marble and timber floor, and high-end joinery including bars and bespoke concierge desk
