Our philosophy is to “find a way or Make One”; whether that is proposing a design solution or temporary works solution – or overcoming a seemingly impossible logistical challenge.
We remain consistently aware of the environment in which we work; always aiming to minimise waste and improve the communities in which we operate.
Our objective is always to deliver what we set out to do: safely, considerately, excellently. We simply refuse to compromise on standards.
We are proud of our ‘One Team’ ethos, which applies both internally and in our attitude to working in partnership with our clients.
Make One is committed to investing in our people through continuous improvement and skills training, resulting in an enviable level of staff retention and internal careers progression; which itself benefits our clients in the form of a stable, committed and motivated team.
